Developing Artists believe in educating its students through a myriad of techniques and approaches to acting. Our classes are small to insure that each student works every class and receives the individual attention they need. Developing Artists' teaching staff operates on a rotating basis, giving students the opportunity to work with a different resident instructor each session. The staff is unrivaled in their credentials, including: Yale School of Drama, Harvard, Fordham, LAByrinth Theater Company and NYU's Creative Arts Team.

Weekly workshops are a series of special classes taught by artists from around Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Weekly workshops are only open to those who register for the full package. Past workshops have been taught by Philip Seymour Hoffman (Talented Mr. Ripley, Punch Drunk Love, Long Days' Journey Into Night), John Ortiz (Narc, The Job) and Stephen Adly Guirgis (Jesus Hopped the A Train, Our Lady of 121st Street). Workshops may also include: Yoga, Salsa, Film vs TV: Auditioning, Shakespeare, Monologues, Directing & Chekhov.
